The nameservers for all Drae Ockenden cPanel Hosting services are as follows:

ns1.hosting.draeockenden.com.au
ns2.hosting.draeockenden.com.au

Note: DNS changes can take up to 72 hours before the changes are visible around the world.

If any issues persist post the 72-hour period please create a support ticket and we will aid you within 24 hours.

What are nameservers?

Nameservers are used to give a service full access to your domain. Allocating your nameservers to your cPanel hosting service will allow you to control the DNS settings, create email addresses, and more from within your cPanel account.

Where can I find my server's IP address?

The IP address for your cPanel account is located on the right side of your cPanel dashboard. This IP address can be used in conjunction with an A record in your DNS setting in place of nameservers, however, using this method is for a single DNS record only and will not allow you to use most functions within cPanel.
