Late Fee Policy

We understand that timely payments are essential for the smooth operation of our services. To account for the extra efforts and resources required when clients have overdue payments, we have implemented a late fee policy. The late fee is designed to cover the costs associated with follow-up communications and the retention of client data and websites on our servers.

Late Fee Details:

  1. Chasing up on payments: In the event of a late payment, we may apply a late fee to your outstanding balance. This fee is intended to offset the time and resources invested in contacting clients to remind them of overdue payments.
  2. Data and Website Retention: We continue to host and maintain your data and websites on our servers for a period of time, even when payments are overdue. This incurs server space and resource costs on our end. The late fee helps to account for these ongoing expenses.

Fee: The late fee is 10% of your total invoice with a minimum fee of $5.

Notification: We will notify you in advance about any unpaid invoices and provide ample opportunity to rectify the situation. Invoices that remain unpaid for 3 or more days will incur a late fee.

We encourage our clients to make payments promptly to avoid incurring late fees or having their services suspended/terminated. By using our services, you agree to abide by this late fee policy.

Selected payment methods (Bank Transfer) may take up to 3 business days for us to receive the payment, if this is the case, your product/service will not become active until the payment has been received.

In the event that there is scheduled maintenance being performed on Drae Ockenden’s website or on the servers your website or email address(s) may be using, there is a 72-hour period where your services may be unavailable or have reduced capabilities.
